The Fishermen is a Catholic men’s apostolate dedicated to helping men deepen their faith, cultivate virtue, lead as servants in their families, churches, and communities, and live faithfully as authentic disciples of Christ.
To build a cadre of Catholic men devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary; who defend the Catholic faith, protect and provide for their families, and lead other men to Christ.

The Fishermen is open to all Catholic men who desire to grow in faith, virtue, and leadership. There is no cost to become a Fisherman.
Upon completing the 8-month CORE Training, Fishermen are licensed through the Apostolate to share their faith and teachings with others, if they feel called to do so.
Yes! All Licensed Fishermen are expected to meet monthly for faith formation and fellowship, continuing their personal growth and strengthening the brotherhood.
At the end of the 8-month program, candidates participate in an all-day Evangelization Workshop. This event is designed to open candidates’ eyes to the need for evangelization and teach proven techniques for sharing their faith effectively.
